Engineering the campaign
To increase brand awareness in new channels, we partnered with Fuzzco. Our internal team brought deep brand insights while Fuzzco’s fresh-eye creative vision pushed us to new heights, maximizing impact in the market.

Rather than swim in a sea of sameness, we built a narrative that weaves zany claymation illustration with strategic messaging. In the world of Delight Labs, our Joy Scientists have confirmed—through rigorous testing—that when businesses treat customers like actual humans, extraordinary things happen.
Taking It to the Streets
With a David-not-Goliath budget, we leaned on novel creative to draw attention. Absurd characters on billboards and pedestrian signage certainly turned heads, but the real win? Our team captured the moment for social, creating authentic content that extended the campaign’s reach far beyond paid media.
Scaling the experiment
The video captured Delight Labs’ spirit with a driving, synth soundtrack and scientific narration. Deployed across YouTube pre-rolls, paid social, display, and our site, the system proved thoughtful content drives results: Q3 delivered 688K paid impressions with +159% WoW growth at peak. Not to mention one of the highest signup months of the year.
